Since 1995, PIL has undertaken a quality program
aiming at involving the whole company...

Since 1995, PIL has undertaken a quality program aiming at involving the whole company to obtain the best satisfaction of the customers, by improving:
	• the quality of its products and services • the quality of its function • the quality of its targets
This policy is aiming at:
	• the development of the company and its employees • the profitability • the satisfaction and steadiness of the customers

In April 1997 PIL obtained the certification NF in ISO 9002: 1994.
In December 2002 PIL obtained the certification NF in ISO 9001 : 2000 by BVQI.
